Booking Information
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. For groups larger than 8 people or corporate events, please contact us directly for special arrangements.
Parking & Accessibility
Free street parking is available on Puzzle St and surrounding streets. We are wheelchair accessible with elevators available to all our rooms. Please inform us of any accessibility requirements when booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before your booking time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled subject to availability.
